Founded in 2023, Kinvr is a specialist recruitment partner for high-growth tech companies. We started because we believed tech recruitment could be done better, more embedded, more intentional, and with a genuine understanding of the market and the people in it. Two years on, we've helped start-ups, scale-ups and venture-backed businesses across the globe build the teams that matter most. From first engineering hires to full GTM functions, founding teams to senior leadership, we've placed talent globally for companies that are moving fast and hiring with purpose. We're small by design, embedded by nature, and focused entirely on getting the right person in the right seat.

Over 14 years in technology recruitment, I've had the privilege of partnering with some of the world's most recognised tech businesses to build and scale their teams. Since co-founding Kinvr two years ago, we've gone deep across Software Engineering, AI Infrastructure, Agents, and GTM, working with some of the most exciting companies in the space.

What drives me is finding the right person for the right role, at the right time. We've built Kinvr to do that differently: with more focus, more context, and a genuine understanding of the businesses we work with.
